When will the sale end?
The sale ends when we run out of stock so make sure to get in quick!
The store's online availability is up-to-date, so if a product is listed as in-stock online, it can be purchased! (*Inventory count errors can occur, in which case your order will simply be refunded).
Are there any product exclusions to the sale?
There are absolutely no product exclusions to the sale.

Can I return items I purchase during the sale?
Unfortunately the closure of our store will mean that we are unable to fulfil any change of mind returns from now onwards. All sales are final.
If you have made a purchase before November 18, 2024. You still have the usual 30 days to complete a change of mind return (in exchange for store credit or item swap).
What date is NYLA closing?
Our Downtown Nanaimo store will be closing sometime in January 2025.
The exact date will depend on our remaining stock, staff and a few legalities.
Can I still visit NYLA's Downtown Nanaimo location?
Our Downtown Nanaimo store is open 7 days a week as normal. We highly recommend you visit to take advantage of the best sale we've ever had!

All store credit and gift cards must be redeemed before we close in January, 2025. There are no refunds on these items.

Our NYLA Rewards points and benefits were a courtesy and a thank you to our loyal customers.
Any rewards or points you have obtained must be redeemed before January 2025. Any remaining rewards or points will be erased once our store has closed.
