As a small business operating both as a brick & mortar store and an online retailer, it's standard business practice (and also pretty mandatory) that we have fairly comprehensive written policies.

Change-of-mind Returns:

We happily accept change-of-mind returns for all items store-wide, excluding underwear, in exchange for alternative items/sizes or store credit (in the form of a gift card).

All return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn and with tags (brand new condition). At this time, we are unable to provide monetary refunds for change-of-mind returns.
