We like to keep our shipping simple for all our customers. Checkout our policies for each region below:

Canada

• Free shipping for all orders over $99 CAD (before tax)!
• For orders under $99 CAD, a flat rate of $15.95 CAD will apply. Express shipping can be purchased for an additional fee (visible at checkout if available).
• We ship to anywhere in Canada via Canada Post. Usually our packages will be sent expedited and will arrive within 5 - 10 business days depending on your location. 

United States

• Free shipping for all orders over $99 USD (before tax)!
• For orders under $99 USD, a flat rate of $15.95 USD will apply. Express shipping can be purchased for an additional fee (visible at checkout if available).
• We ship to anywhere in the United States via Canada Post. Usually our packages will be sent expedited and will arrive within 5 - 10 business days depending on your location.

International

• Worldwide shipping to over 35 different countries.
• For all international orders, a flat rate of $52.95 CAD will apply for untracked packages. A flat rate of $67.95 CAD will apply for tracked packages.
• Usually our international packages will be sent via standard and will arrive within 7 - 28 business days depending on your location.

Confirmation emails will be sent upon shipment. Tracking numbers will also be sent with all tracking eligible packages. Please contact us at contact@nylafreshthread.com if your package has taken an unusually long time to arrive.
